  • Hilary Picton: A very hard-fought match especially the last tie between Hilary & Lindsey and Gill & Sue. In the 10th game of the second set Lindsey pulled a muscle and the Ivybridge pair won it to take the set to a tie-break which Hilary and Lindsey won 11-9. They raced to a 6-2 lead in the decider but were unable to close it out and it fell to Ivybridge 10-8
